Leadinfo has grown through acquisitions over the past eighteen months. In June 2025 the British CANDDi was added, in January 2026 the Canadian Visitor Queue. Anyone who uses one of these products or uses Leadinfo itself rightly asks what this means. Whether an alternative makes sense can also be clarified. This article summarises what the providers themselves have published and names what is open. Finally, it sorts alternatives by need. It does not rate Leadinfo and makes no assumptions about intentions.

## What happened at Leadinfo

**CANDDi.** Leadinfo announced the acquisition of the Manchester-based provider on 16 June 2025, and the blog post appeared on 4 July 2025. The announcement does not state the price. Leadinfo writes that it wants to continue looking after CANDDi's customers and enable them to get more from their data in the long term. What happens to the product itself, the announcement does not say ([Leadinfo announcement](https://www.leadinfo.com/en/blog/leadinfo-acquires-uk-based-lead-tracking-company-canddi/)).

**Visitor Queue.** The acquisition of the Canadian provider was reported on 20 January 2026. Leadinfo is described there as a brand of team.blue based in Rotterdam. A "smooth transition" with continued support and product continuity is mentioned. The report gives no information on prices, contract terms and the future of the brand ([report on Pulse 2.0](https://pulse2.com/leadinfo-buys-visitor-queue/)). When retrieved on 7 November 2026, the address visitorqueue.com redirected to leadinfo.com with a permanent redirect.

## What this means for customers

Little can be inferred from the announcements. What is certain is that Leadinfo has enlarged its customer base. What remains open from the public sources:

- whether and when customers of CANDDi and Visitor Queue move to the Leadinfo plan,
- whether prices or contract terms change for existing customers,
- which contracting party is responsible for data processing,
- whether server location or subprocessors change.

As an existing customer of the acquired products, you should therefore ask in writing. Ask about the new contracting party, the data processing agreement, the treatment of previous data and the price guarantee. A help on the mandatory contents is [Data processing agreement for web tools](https://whovisit.app/blog/auftragsverarbeitungsvertrag-webtools). The privacy policy of your website must also name the correct provider. This article is not legal advice.

For Leadinfo customers, the announcements mention no changes. Anyone reviewing their plan is better off doing so for the other reasons that follow.

## Reasons to think about an alternative to Leadinfo

The Leadinfo pricing page lists three plans ([Leadinfo pricing](https://www.leadinfo.com/en/pricing/)):

| Plan | From | Identified companies | Users |
|---|---|---|---|
| Starter | €69 | up to 100 | 3 |
| Scale | €159 | up to 5,000 in tiers | 10 |
| Pro | €359 | up to 5,000 in tiers | unlimited |

As of 7 November 2026, prices net according to the provider's page. Providers change their prices, so check the current page before buying. The page does not show VAT. Whether the amounts mean monthly or annual payment is not clearly labelled there. The calculator on the page shows different amounts. The details are put in context by [Leadinfo pricing](https://whovisit.app/blog/leadinfo-preise).

Typical occasions for a comparison:

- **Functions per plan.** Automatic CRM matching and recordings start at Scale, Salesforce and mobile numbers at Pro.
- **Limit reached.** According to the pricing page, Leadinfo keeps collecting over the limit but only shows the hits after an upgrade.
- **Cookie and consent.** By its own statements, Leadinfo sets two optional cookies and offers a variant without them. The customer chooses the legal basis. Anyone looking for a fixed default compares ([Leadinfo data protection page](https://www.leadinfo.com/en/legal/gdpr)).
- **No free plan.** Anyone who wants to try first gets a 14-day trial, then an offer.

## Alternatives by need

The prices at the same number of companies, monthly payment:

| Identified companies per month | Leadinfo | Snitcher (dollars) | SalesViewer | Leadfeeder Discover |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| 100 | €99 (Starter) | $69 | price not stated | €156 |
| 500 | €209 (Scale) | $139 | price not stated | €356 |
| 1,000 | €309 (Scale) | $229 | from €629 (from 750 companies) | €441 |

As of 7 November 2026, prices net according to the provider's page. Providers change their prices, so check the current page before buying. The functions differ by plan. All prices at a glance are in the [visitor identification price comparison](https://whovisit.app/blog/besuchererkennung-preisvergleich).

Two strengths of Leadinfo remain in this comparison. The provider cites over 300 million decision-makers in its database and 67 integrations, and also states ISO 27001. Anyone who needs contact data and ready-made connections will find this described more broadly at Leadinfo than at many others.

## How to proceed

1. Collect the number of companies over the last three months and the functions used.
2. For existing customers of acquired products, clarify the contracting party and data processing.
3. Test two alternatives in parallel for 14 days. How to switch without a gap is covered in [Alternative to SalesViewer, Leadfeeder and others](https://whovisit.app/blog/salesviewer-alternative).
4. Cancel only when the lists have been compared.

## Frequently asked questions

**Do I have to do anything as a customer of CANDDi or Visitor Queue?** The published announcements mention no need for action. Ask the provider anyway who your contracting party is and how things will continue with prices and data.

**Will prices at Leadinfo change because of the acquisitions?** The announcements give no information on this. The current pricing page is authoritative.

**Is there an alternative from the EU?** Leadinfo and Snitcher come from the Netherlands by their own statements, SalesViewer from Germany. Whovisit is based in Innsbruck, with servers in the Netherlands. Check server location and contract with each provider individually.
