Visitor identification pricing: providers compared
What does website visitor tracking cost? Prices from eight providers at 100, 500, 1,000 and 3,000 companies, pricing metrics and providers without a price list.
Anyone looking for a visitor identification tool will find prices that are hard to compare. One provider counts companies, the next counts visitors, a third counts credits. Some show only the entry price, others hide everything behind a conversation with sales. This article sets the public prices for four typical volumes side by side and explains what exactly is counted in each case. There is no verdict on who is best. We are a provider too and are therefore in the table as well.
Prices at 100, 500, 1,000 and 3,000 companies
The comparison uses the monthly payment, net, for the smallest tier whose company limit covers the volume. Where a provider counts companies, „100“ here means 100 different identified companies per month. For providers with several plans, the cheapest plan that covers the volume is shown. The plans differ in scope of functions, more on that below.
| Provider and plan | 100 companies | 500 companies | 1,000 companies | 3,000 companies |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Whovisit | €19 (Start) | €69 (Plus) | €119 (Plus) | €229 (Pro) |
| Snitcher, in dollars | $69 | $139 | $229 | $349 |
| Leadinfo Starter or Scale | €99 (Starter) | €209 | €309 | €459 |
| Leadfeeder Discover or Activate | €156 | €356 | €441 | €713 (Activate) |
| Albacross | €84 (Starter) | €213 (Professional) | on request | on request |
| SalesViewer | €339 (Premium 250) | price of the tier not stated | price of the tier not stated | not stated |
As of 7 November 2026, prices net according to the provider's page. Providers change their prices, so check the current page before buying.
On the individual rows:
- Snitcher gives prices in dollars without naming the currency in the text. They are not euros. The table does not convert. The tiers are 51 to 100, 251 to 500, 751 to 1,000 and 2,001 to 3,000 companies.
- Leadinfo has three plans. The Starter plan only goes up to 100 companies: €69 up to 50 companies, €99 for 51 to 100 companies according to the price table. From 101 companies, Scale applies. The price calculator on the same page shows different amounts (see Leadinfo pricing), and the table follows the price table. The Pro plan costs €359, €359, €429 and €679 at the same volumes.
- Leadfeeder does not label the amounts clearly on its pricing page. We read the higher value per tier as the monthly payment and the lower one as the annual payment, because the difference is exactly 30%. The table shows the higher value. At 3,000 companies the Discover plan no longer exists. The value applies to Activate with 200 credits for contact data. Details in Leadfeeder pricing.
- Albacross shows public prices only for the Starter and Professional plans. From 501 companies the Organisation plan applies, with an annual contract and no price on the page.
- SalesViewer gives prices for 50 companies (€99), 250 companies (€339) and from 750 companies (€629). For intermediate tiers and larger volumes there is no price on the page. More in SalesViewer pricing.
- Webmetic shows one price per plan (Starter €69 from 50 companies, Growth €229 from 250 companies) and lists tiers up to 5,000 companies without giving the price per tier. That is why Webmetic is not in the table. Source: Webmetic pricing.
Discount for annual payment
Almost all providers give a discount if you pay a year in advance. The amount varies.
| Provider | Discount for annual payment according to the provider's page |
|---|---|
| Provider of this blog | 20% |
| Snitcher | about 30%, without exact amounts |
| Leadfeeder (Discover, Activate) | 30% (annual prices are on the page) |
| Albacross | 30% |
| SalesViewer | 20%, without stated amounts |
| Webmetic | two months free, which corresponds to around 17% |
| Leadinfo | switch for payment method available, amounts per payment method not shown separately |
If you only want to test whether visitor identification is worthwhile, you should pay monthly. The saving from annual payment is real, but it ties you in for a year. What to bear in mind about term and cancellation is covered in Visitor identification: monthly or annual contract?.
What the prices actually measure
The price per month says little as long as it is unclear what is counted for it.
| Provider | Pricing metric |
|---|---|
| Snitcher, Leadinfo, Albacross | identified companies per month. Leadinfo and Snitcher expressly state unique companies, so repeated visits count once there |
| SalesViewer | „detections“, that is, identified companies. Here too a company counts once per month, and all its visits are visible |
| Leadfeeder | identified companies, plus credits for contact data from the Activate plan |
| Happierleads | „leads“, that is, identified visitors with contact data |
| RB2B | „resolutions“. The page does not say clearly whether a person or a company is counted |
| Vector | all unique visitors to the website as well as advertising spend, not only identified ones |
| Lead Forensics | website traffic, no price on the page |
This has consequences. With Happierleads, according to the pricing page, you pay from $99 per month for 300 leads, $174 for 1,000 leads and $699 for 5,000 leads. These are visitors with personal data, not companies. Anyone looking for company-level identification in the EU cannot compare these figures one to one with company prices. With RB2B, the Free plan costs $0 for 150 resolutions per month, at company level only. RB2B identifies individuals only in the USA (details in RB2B in Europe).
Providers without public prices
With some providers you only learn the price after a conversation. What can be substantiated:
- Lead Forensics: The pricing page gives no amount. The price depends on website traffic and is set during the one-week trial. Third-party sources give ranges. ZoomInfo Pipeline, itself a competitor, gives roughly 6,000 to 25,000 dollars a year for the Essentials plan and roughly 25,000 to 95,000 dollars for Automate. An analysis by Vendr also gives contracts from about 6,000 dollars a year. These are estimates. It also describes contracts of mostly twelve months. More in Lead Forensics costs.
- WiredMinds LeadLab: The pricing page gives no prices. After the trial there is a binding fixed-price offer. More in WiredMinds and LeadLab.
- Warmly: According to the pricing page, from 10,000 dollars a year for web identification, payable annually or quarterly. The page does not mention monthly payment.
- Vector: According to the pricing page, an annual contract, and the Growth plan costs 36,000 dollars a year. It is limited to 25,000 visitors and 25,000 dollars of advertising spend per month. Both tools at a glance: Warmly and Vector in Europe.
What is not included in the price
The same volume at the same price does not mean the same service. Four differences you should write into every quote:
- Functions per plan. With some providers, functions such as an interface, lead scoring or mouse recordings only come with higher plans. With SalesViewer, for instance, mouse recordings and the interface belong to the Premium plan. With Snitcher, according to the pricing page, all functions are in every plan, and the same is true for us.
- Contact data. Leadfeeder, Albacross and SalesViewer offer contact data for contact persons, partly against credits. We only identify companies, not individuals. We do not maintain a contact database.
- CRM connection. Leadinfo, Leadfeeder and Albacross offer direct connections. With us this only works via webhooks, Zapier, Make or n8n.
- Users and websites. Leadfeeder and Snitcher do not limit users, Leadinfo scales them by plan (3, 10, unlimited). SalesViewer and we scale the number of websites.
Which of these four points you really need decides which price is the right one for you. How to gather your requirements is covered in Comparing visitor identification: 12 criteria for choosing. The differences in data protection are shown in Visitor identification and data protection: a provider comparison. Anyone who wants to try things out first without paying will find free plans in Visitor identification for free.

Frequently asked questions
How many companies do I need per month? Take the number of visits to your website with consent and work with a share of identified companies. Leadinfo cites around 30% of traffic as identified companies for itself. For Leadfeeder, a comparison article by salesgear.io gives 10 to 30%. These are statements by the providers or third parties. Your own count during the trial is more reliable.
What happens if I exceed the limit? The providers handle this differently. According to its pricing page, SalesViewer pauses identification and asks whether you want to raise the limit. Leadinfo keeps collecting but only shows the additional companies after an upgrade. With Snitcher the next tier is needed, and the app warns you beforehand. Ask about this before buying.
Are there providers that cost nothing at all? Yes, with limits. Leadfeeder Lite identifies up to 100 companies per month without instant alerts and without a CRM connection. RB2B Free offers 150 resolutions at company level with Slack as the only integration. Webmetic keeps the account running after the trial with 10 companies per month, Whovisit Free with 10 companies. The details are in Visitor identification for free.
